“Man can neither make, nor retain, one moment in time; it all comes to him by pure gift.” - Clive Staples Lewis
Each one of us has fond memories; moments so special that we wish we could just freeze them in time. You know, the kind of precious moments that, if we could capture, we would want to relive over and over again. The truth is, most of the time we think these memories make themselves and we wander aimlessly through our day “killing time” until the next good thing befalls us.
In reality, times dies all on its own and in death’s permanency it stays; never to be touched again.
All the more reason to use each day, each hour, each and every minute to living life's fullest potential. Cliché as it seems, ask yourself, “What would I do if this were my last hour to live?” Would you squander the time “aimlessly?”
Probably not.
Your Action Challenge: Do something useful. Make good happen; for yourself, your family or a friend. Do it today, this moment. So that by days end, when you lay down to sleep, you can rest with no regret. Instead, you hold the satisfaction of having used every precious moment you were given to living a life worth living and a life lived well.
As always – enjoy your life.

Bio: I am a Houston based, male massage therapist and wellness coach specializing in pain management and health programs for individuals over the age of forty. I laugh - a lot. I'm quirky but sincere. And, while I'm not a counselor, I do listen and I do care: Except for the times that I don't. That’s a joke - Did I mention that I like to laugh? Anyway, visit my website, call or email me and let's get together to talk about you, and the many ways to live life better!
The Legal Stuff: I write to inform, inspire and encourage my readers to enjoy all that life has to offer.
