One of the most common complaints a client presents to me is pain. Neck, shoulder, elbow, hip, lower back – you name it. In pro sports it's commonly called a “repetitive stress injury,” but this syndrome isn’t limited to athletes. Repetitive strain injuries (RSI’s), can affect anyone who lives long enough.
